Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) seeks a Mental Health/Substance Use Therapist to lead DBT groups, conduct clinical evaluations, and ensure timely documentation. Qualifications

• You will be a Master’s level licensed professional with knowledge of DSM V criteria and co-occurring disorders.
• Licensed LMSW/LLMSW or LPC/LLPC; DBT training or willingness to obtain certification.
• 1 year minimum experience; 3 years strongly preferred in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead DBT skills groups and perform face-to-face clinical evaluations.
• Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours.
• Apply evidence-based and promising practice interventions for relevant diagnoses.
• Provide telephonic on‑call skills coaching and participate in a consultation group.
