Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) in Minneapolis is hiring full-time DBT therapists to join our team of mental health professionals. You’ll provide individual therapy and co‑facilitate DBT skills groups within an adherent program.

Our hybrid schedule blends in‑person and telework options, with a supportive environment designed to prevent clinician burnout. Starting pay ranges from $55k to $85k depending on licensure.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Current independent licensure from MN (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP) or on track for licensure.
• DBT experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure
• Passionate about diving into adherent DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required.

Starting Pay

$55,000 - $70,000 annually for unlicensed therapists; $70,000 - $85,000 annually for licensed therapists. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
