Requirements: Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure Passionate about diving into DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients. Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact. Pay Range: $55,000 - $85,000 per year
