Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Cedar Hills Hospital in Portland seeks a DBT Program Therapist to lead a group-based DBT program for adults, addressing personality disorders and coping skills. The position runs five days a week 9am-1pm and involves managing a caseload during PHP/IOP.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field is required.
• DBT Certification required within first 3 months of hire.
• 1+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run a group-based DBT program at PHP and IOP levels of care.
• Group therapy runs five days per week from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 20 clients over 6-8 weeks in PHP/IOP.
• Aftercare planning, crisis intervention, treatment planning and updates, coordination of care, safety planning, and group therapy facilitation.
• Attend treatment team meetings and other duties as assigned.
