Role Overview.

Rebel Care is seeking a California-based dynamic and experienced part-time DBT group therapist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll provide remote services using evidence-based practices to empower young women struggling with mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities.

• Facilitate engaging and impactful group therapy sessions, adhering to Rebel Care's curriculum and best practices.
• Participate in biweekly group supervision and weekly treatment team meetings to ensure collaborative care
• Collaborate effectively with the care team, including therapists, care experience specialists, and crisis managers.
• Support the clinical team by potentially facilitating groups in additional modalities, fostering holistic treatment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, care team, and families as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and professional standards.
• Uphold professional ethics and ensure confidentiality throughout client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Registered California - based Intern or Fully Licensed in California
• Post-graduate training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strongly desired (not required)
• Group sessions only: Two - Four hours of group therapy per week.
• Reliable internet for effective telehealth sessions.
• Familiarity and proficiency with cloud-based communication tools and practice management software.

Compensation.

• $80 - $130 / hour (based on experience)
