A leading IT services company is looking for a candidate to assist in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation for a short-term remote contract in Myrtle Point, Oregon. The role involves end-to-end testing, issue triage, and user support. Applicants should have strong expertise in Oracle ERP applications and functional processes. Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
• Strong understanding of ERP functional processes, particularly in GL, AP, AR, and Procurement.
• Ability to assist with training and knowledge transfer for end users.
• Experience with issue tracking systems, such as ServiceNow.
• Capable of troubleshooting technical issues and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with final end-to-end testing and system readiness validation for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Log, triage, and escalate issues, documenting recurring problems for business users.
• Create and review job aids for system navigation and transactions.
• Serve as Level 2 support for user tickets and troubleshoot integration errors.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and validate file transfers between systems.
