The ideal candidate will manage a large DB2 z/OS environment while providing 24x7 on-call support. This is a full-time position based in Dallas, TX, offering a hybrid work model.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in DB2 z/OS Database Administration.
• Experience in large complex Database Environment.
• Experience supporting IBM IIDR data replication tools.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• DB2 z/OS Database Administration in a large complex Database Environment
• Knowledge of IBM replication products – IIDR products= QRep and/or CDC

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience

The Skills You Bring

• Extensive experience in DB2 z/OS Database Administration in a large complex Database Environment
• Experience supporting IBM IIDR data replication tools: Q Replication and/or CDC Replication
• Extensive Experience in SQL, REXX, JCL, COBOL
• Working knowledge of CA Database Tools
• Working Knowledge of Performance tuning, Database Security and Access management
• Exposure to distributed database technologies and cloud
• Brokerage Back-office knowledge
