The OCM Coordinator & Trainer will develop and execute change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage of digital applications while also designing and delivering training programs when necessary to build user readiness and reduce resistance.
This role requires a flexible approach-sometimes leading training sessions, other times working behind the scenes to assess change impacts, engage stakeholders, develop communications, and integrate change management strategies into project plans.
