Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required and Dayton, OH area residence.
• Backend development with Python and API frameworks (FastAPI/Flask).
• Frontend UI skills with React or Vue for chat interfaces and dashboards.
• Data & database architecture with PostgreSQL and vector DBs (Milvus, Chroma, pgvector).
• Experience with AI data integration (RAG) to securely reference internal docs.
• DevOps and containerization with Docker/Podman and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end web apps leveraging AI/LLMs in a DoW environment.
• Develop secure backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and data stores.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and AI pipelines.
