The Job Responsibilities:

• Bring enthusiasm and creativity to "Soccer Island" activities.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, including setup and cleanup.
• Promote character development through positive reinforcement.
• Implement Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood teaching techniques.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment.
• Follow safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers.

Qualifications:

• No prior coaching experience required.
• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, engaging, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to adapt to children’s needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills.
• Must obtain or have state-required clearances.
