Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Putnam, CT to join our world-class supply chain team. You may be assigned to Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian roles, performing essential warehouse tasks with safety as a priority.

We value accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to seasonal warehouse temperature variations. Eligible candidates are 18+, with basic English, and able to lift up to 70 pounds and wear safety shoes.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable.
• Understand and adhere to safety guidelines and job requirements.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Associate you may work as an Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector or Custodian, performing duties per area.
• Order Picker: accurately and timely pick and prepare customer orders to meet daily goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, restock shelves and prep work area for next shift.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases and stock product, move totes to conveyor.
