Job summary

Swig Shea in Phoenix is seeking entry-level crew to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep the dining area clean. You’ll wear many hats and help with prep, stocking, and to-go orders while delivering a friendly, fast-paced experience.

We value positivity, reliability, and teamwork. Must be at least 16 years old and have a food handler's permit. Experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Positive and reliable attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
