Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will keep the store organized, ensuring merchandise is presented beautifully on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver personalized service, drive brand loyalty, and support LOFT’s welcoming environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling recommendations.
Manage merchandise organization and ensure products are in the right place on the sales floor.

Provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience by using available tools and promotions.
