Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee in Rutland, VT is hiring a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running strong shifts, solving problems, and guiding teammates.

You will take ownership of daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage scheduling, and assist with basic business math and P&L considerations. Prior supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs., stand 80% of shift
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
