Job summary

You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support daily business needs and uphold safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to work daytime hours, with experience in retail customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates customer experience principles and maintains a clean, organized store environment.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and back areas as needed.
• Accurately process purchases and returns and handle cash handling per SOP.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and assist with merchandising procedures.
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives throughout the day.
• Assist in shrink reduction goals and participate in safety awareness.
