Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Nurse to support a vibrant school community in Charlestown, NH, with a 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule during regular school hours. This contract runs now through mid-June 2027, with potential extensions based on school needs.

The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to students and staff, administer medications, maintain records, and collaborate with educators and families to promote a safe, healthy school environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in school or pediatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to assess minor illnesses, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Strong communication with educators, students, and families.
• Knowledge of health regulations, privacy standards, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to students and staff during school hours.
• Assess injuries and illnesses and respond to urgent health situations on campus.
• Administer medications per physician orders and parental directives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health policies.
• Support health education initiatives and promote wellness within the school.
