Job summary

Milaca Public Schools is seeking a Dishwasher / Food Server to assist in the preparation, service and clean-up of nourishing meals for students, staff, and guests. You will wash dishes, keep the dish room clean, and follow sanitation protocols in a school setting.

The role runs from 7:45 am to 1:45 pm, Monday through Friday, for 178 days per year or per the collective bargaining agreement. A high school diploma (preferred) and ServSafe Certification are requested; prior food service experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or required.
• Experience in food service, preparation, and/or catering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Assist in food preparation and serving.
• Maintain dish room clean and organized.
• Comply with sanitation, health, and food safety standards.
• Attend safety trainings and school meetings as requested.
