• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans and trays safely to stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and equipment as required.
• Supports proper portion control and serving temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolves concerns.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and inventory/cash controls.
