Job summary

America’s Auto Auction (Houston) is seeking a Rollback Driver (Non-CDL) to support daily auctions. You will pick up vehicles from dealerships, repos, and shops, delivering them to auction lots and ensuring safe loading/unloading.

The role requires at least two years of towing experience, is full-time with a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM schedule, and offers competitive hourly pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of tow truck/flatbed hauling experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to maintain and ensure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up vehicles from dealerships, repo yards & mechanical shops
• Delivery of vehicles to the intake auction lot or the main auction lot
• Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage
• Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain and ensure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager in support of daily auctions
• May have to operate a wrecker as well as the rollback at times
