Job summary

America's Auto Auction Harrisburg is seeking a Rollback Driver (Non-CDL) to support daily auctions in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role involves picking up vehicles, delivering them to the auction lots, and safely loading/unloading with company equipment.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, about 40 hours per week, with some overtime as needed. DOT card preferred; valid license, clean record, and travel within a 50-mile radius may be required.

Qualifications

• DOT medical card preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate company equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick up vehicles from dealerships, repo yards and mechanical shops.
• Deliver vehicles to intake/main auction lot.
• Load/unload vehicles safely with care.
• Operate company equipment according to safety regulations.
• Maintain and ensure good operating condition of all equipment.
• Assist daily auctions as assigned by the manager.
• Occasionally operate a wrecker or rollback.
• Support team during busy auction days.

Responsibilities for Rollback Driver (Non-CDL):

• Pick-up vehicles from dealerships, repo yards & mechanical shops


• Delivery of vehicles to the intake auction lot or the main auction lot


• Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage


• Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations


• Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities


• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager in support of daily auctions


• May have to operate a wrecker as well as the rollback at times

Works hours and Travel for Rollback Driver (Non-CDL):

• Monday - Friday work schedule


• No overnight hauls


• 40 hours per week


• Some potential overtime with overtime pay


• Travel is usually within a 50-mile radius


• Occasional travel to MD, WV, VA, NJ and further PA locations

Requirements

Requirements for Rollback Driver (Non-CDL):
