Daytime Resort Attendant | Icicle Village Resort

The Evening Resort Attendant wears many hats, providing support to our guests in coordination with the Housekeeping team. From maintaining public areas to friendly guest interactions, this position is perfect for active multi-taskers.

What you’ll do:

The Brass Tacks

• Greets and warmly engages guests
• Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service
• Supports the housekeeping team by preparing and delivering supplies
• Deliver supplies to guest rooms as requested by the Front Desk team
• Monitors cleanliness of all public areas both inside and outside across the resort
• Check all public areas and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies
• Stocks and cleans pool and spa areas
• Assists in the laundry and housekeeping departments as needed
• Attends all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
• Complete tasks as assigned by management
• Observes and reports any security concerns
• Typical working hours 7:00/8:00am-3:30pm/4:30pm
• Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by management

The Nitty Gritty

• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred
• Desire to work in a fast-paced role
• Able to communicate in a professional, positive and polite manner at all times
• Ability to perform physically strenuous work across a large property, including walking and transporting supplies long distances daily and working outdoors in inclement weather including extreme low temperatures and other challenging weather conditions
• Standing and Walking: Remaining on your feet for extended periods, often up to 10 hours, to attend to guests and manage service areas
• Stair Navigation: Moving between different levels of the establishment, which may involve climbing and descending stairs, including outdoors in bad weather
• Bending and Squatting: Reaching down to pick up or set down heavy loads
• Lifting: carrying large tubs or other supplies weighing up to 100 pounds
