Job summary

Alpine Cleaning Company is seeking an experienced residential cleaner for daytime shifts in the Spokane area. You will perform routine cleaning tasks across client homes, including dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom care, and occasional deep-clean duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential cleaning.
• Able to work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass criminal and background check.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks all day.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned residential properties through dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
• Move in/move out/deep cleaning services as required.
• Change linens, wash dishes, and do laundry when needed.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively.
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report issues.
• Replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Ensure rooms meet company standards before completion.
• Protect equipment and maintain readiness of tools.
• Notify supervisors of damages or disturbances.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Direct deposits and timely pay processing for employees.
