Job summary
Dakota Home Care is seeking a licensed RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a child in Fargo, with daytime hours and a Monday–Friday schedule. The position involves caring for the client at home and during school hours, promoting safe participation in daily activities and family life.
Starting pay ranges per hour, with full-time benefits, weekly pay, on-demand access to earnings, and comprehensive insurance options.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess client condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Support respiratory, feeding, or other specialized care needs as applicable.
- Assist with activities of daily living when needed.
- Accompany client during school hours.
- Collaborate with family, school personnel, and the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
