Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring proper seasoning, temperatures, and presentation according to standards. Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• At least six (6) months of restaurant and/or culinary experience

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring proper seasoning, cooking temperatures, and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by following food safety protocols and organizing work areas and supplies.

• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
