Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook at The Leffell School in Hartsdale, NY. The shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–2:30 pm, with opportunities for training and growth. Prior hot cooking experience is preferred, and the pay range is $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

• Prepares food following production sheets and recipes.

• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Resolves customer concerns and completes required documentation.
