Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking a food prep cook to assist the head cook/chef with preparing a variety of foods and stocking stations with ingredients and condiments. You’ll ensure all stations and equipment are clean, organized, and sanitized and you must read recipe directions in English.

You will operate kitchen equipment including sharp knives and measuring tools, with some lifting and standing on your feet during shifts. Some experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Qualifications

• Reads recipe directions in English.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitization of stations and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of foods under the head cook/chef.
• Stocks food stations with ingredients and condiments.
• Keeps all stations and equipment neat, clean and sanitized.
• Reads and follows English recipe directions.
