Southern Ocean Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Qualificações

• MD/DO required with fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• NJ medical license or eligibility and DEA registration.
• Board certification or eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care approach.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of children and adolescents to diagnose mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families/caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications for pediatric patients, adjusting as necessary.
• Partner with families, pediatricians, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care and support continuity across settings.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to our dedicated team of mental health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
