Job summary
Inova Health System in Sterling, Virginia is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 to join our team. This is a full-time day position requiring Monday to Friday shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications
- Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing required.
- Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- At least 2 years of nursing practice in a hospital or clinic setting.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates referrals for patient chronic care conditions and follow-up care.
- Administers prescribed medications and therapies under physician supervision.
- Communicates effectively with healthcare team members and patients.
- Maintains and reviews patient medical records according to standards.
