Job summary

RenalCare Associates is seeking an experienced LPN for our Peoria clinic. You will work with physicians and the clinical team to assess patient needs, coordinate care, and ensure important issues are addressed promptly.

This Monday–Friday outpatient role offers no nights, weekends or holidays, with pay between $30–$35 per hour depending on experience. We value critical thinking, clear communication, and strong prioritization in daily patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Illinois LPN license.
• Experience as a licensed practical nurse in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking and clinical decision-making required.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and assess symptoms and needs.
• Prioritize urgent versus routine issues using nursing judgment.
• Coordinate orders, medications, tests, referrals and follow-up care.
• Educate patients on medications and ongoing care.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate clearly with physicians, patients and the clinical team.
