Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting.
• Experience with pizza, salads, and desserts or multiple stations is preferred.
• Able to follow recipes and portion standards consistently.
• Capable of working efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items for salad, pizza, and desserts stations.
• Plate salads, pizzas, and desserts accurately and consistently.
• Prepare pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and ingredients for the pizza station.
• Prepare salads, dressings, garnishes, vegetables, and proteins for the salad station.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked stations throughout the shift.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage; ensure proper food handling.
• Communicate with chefs and kitchen staff during service.
• Assist other stations with prep and service as needed.
• Complete opening, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties.
