Job summary

Taher, Inc. is hiring a food service team member at our Mountain View, MO location. You will provide top guest service, prepare meals to standard, and ensure safe handling and timely delivery of daily tasks.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining sanitation, unpacking deliveries, and communicating professionally with the team. This regular, daytime shift supports lunch service and consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to do simple arithmetic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to lift 30 Lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Dependable, punctual.
• Ability to follow all safe food handling requirements.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

• Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food handling procedures.
• Set up and tear down of workstation.
• Receives and unpacks food deliveries.
• Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Polite and professional communication style.
• Understands and utilizes FIFO.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team.
