Job summary

Chick-fil-A Eastgate in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced back-of-house team. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and collaborative kitchen. No experience is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be 16+ years or older.
• Must be available to work Friday and/or Saturday.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
• Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
