CareBuilders At Home, Inc. in Trumbull, CT is seeking an attentive Hourly Daytime Shift Caregiver to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.

You will follow each client’s plan of care, monitor vital signs, and document information in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies. The role requires a state-approved CNA program completion and at least six months of CNA experience in healthcare or homecare settings.

Formación

• Completion of a state-approved certified nursing program or competency evaluation program meeting state regulations (CNA).
• At least six months of work experience as a CNA in healthcare or homecare settings.

Responsabilidades

• Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies and procedures.
• Delivers personal care services as assigned and follows the patient’s plan of care.
• Takes vital signs and documents per facility protocols; maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
