Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dependable CNAs and HCAs for daytime shifts in Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, and surrounding areas to help older adults stay safe and independent at home. Earn $23–$25 per hour with weekly pay, flexible 4–8 hour daytime shifts, benefits, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Must have CNA or HCA certification, a valid driver's license, and a desire to provide

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to drive clients.
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets.

Responsibilities

• Help with grooming, meal planning, and daily activities.
• Escort clients to healthcare visits, shopping, and community events.
• Keep living spaces neat, secure, and comfortable.
• Tailor assistance to each individual’s needs, preferences, and abilities.
