Job summary

Parker John's BBQ & Pizza is seeking a friendly Daytime Host to be the first and last impression for guests. This front-of-house role involves greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and taking carryout orders, with daytime shifts most days between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 4 PM.

No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Weekly pay is provided, with a part-time schedule of about 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Manage the waitlist using the app-based system.
• Answer phones and take accurate carryout and delivery orders.
• Process carryout payments and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming host stand.
• Support the team to enhance guest experience.
• Be available for daytime weekday shifts.
• Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance.
• Multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
