Job Description

Daytime Hospitalist Opportunity

Jefferson Medical Group in South Jersey is seeking a full-time Daytime Hospitalist to join our team. This role includes 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM), with a flexible schedule. The primary location is Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, with occasional rotation to Cherry Hill and Stratford. Both teaching and non-teaching opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care and accept patient referrals.
• Coordinate all aspects of care for hospitalized medical patients.
• Manage admissions from the ED and assist Advanced Practice Providers with house coverage.
• Support ICU staff during critical situations (RRTs, Code Blue, etc.).

$241,062.00 to $343,513.35

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
