Job summary

Molly Maid of Flint, Grand Blanc, and Fenton is hiring dependable individuals to provide professional housekeeping services. You’ll work in teams of 2–3, follow Molly Maid’s proven cleaning processes, and help families enjoy a cleaner, healthier home.

No nights or holidays; daytime hours 7:30-4:30, flexible 20–35 hours per week; paid training and opportunities for PTO, bonuses, and a company car during work hours.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Available to work daytime hours 7:30 am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Ability to communicate with customers
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clear background check
• Valid drivers license and clear driving record

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes
• Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
• Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home
• Earn tips for providing excellent service
• Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
• Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly
