Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking dependable team members to provide professional home cleaning services across our service area. You will follow Molly Maid’s proven cleaning processes and work with a small team to serve multiple homes each day.

We offer daytime hours (7:30 am–4:30 pm) with flexible part‑to‑full‑time schedules, paid time off, and training. Experience is a plus but not required; a valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, reaching).
• Available to work daytime hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to communicate with customers.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear background check.
• Valid drivers license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes.

Experience in caregiving, housekeeping, home health aide work, hospitality, or cleaning services is a big plus, but not required!

SCHEDULE & WORK‑LIFE BALANCE

• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Consistent daytime hours from 7:45am - 4:30pm
• Flexible part‑time to full‑time hours (20–35 per week)

You’ll provide professional housekeeping services by following Molly Maid’s proven cleaning processes to help families enjoy their homes.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TEAM LEADS (DRIVING ROLE)

• Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
• Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly
