Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is hiring Team Members to welcome guests and help keep our bakery running smoothly. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, provide great service, and help with food and beverage preparation during shifts that fit a busy schedule.

We offer a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, competitive pay, paid time off after two years, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with company match. Candidates must be at least 16. No experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and keep the store clean and organized.
• Support team members to ensure quality and efficient service during busy periods.
