Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking a Daytime Group Facilitator to lead structured psychoeducation and skills-based group sessions in Walpole, MA. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered care for clients with co-occurring disorders and requires thorough clinical documentation.

You will collaborate with the clinical team, manage group dynamics, and maintain timely notes while delivering evidence-based interventions in a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (required).
• Experience facilitating group therapy (psychoeducation, process, or skills-based).
• Familiarity with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches.
