Green Turtle Bay Resort and Marina in Grand Rivers, Kentucky is seeking a reliable Grounds Keeper/Maintenance – Daytime to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor grounds and facilities. This daytime role requires experience in groundskeeping, basic maintenance, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This daytime position will involve routine grounds care, basic upkeep of buildings, and safe operation of equipment, with specific hours discussed

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and upkeep of buildings and facilities.
• Ensure walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas are clean, safe, and free of debris.
• Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months as needed.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
