Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compliance: Must pass MVR, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Execution: Review routes and complete tasks within the allotted time with quality.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Material Handling: Handle materials safely and dispose properly.
• Reporting: Report issues within 30 minutes and escalate safety concerns.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional demeanor with team and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete logs and forms as required.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Respond to changes and solve issues promptly.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Be on time and reliable for shifts.
