Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and manage catering, mobile and in-store orders. You will float across breakfast and lunch shifts and ensure audits and daily deposits are handled efficiently.

The role emphasizes team leadership, P&L awareness, and achieving food cost and labor targets, with opportunities for growth within the network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis
• Strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets
• Recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store
• Ensure the store is audit ready
• Execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Float in all positions during breakfast and lunch rushes
• Keep up on breaks and generate good customer survey results
• Close the store and prepare for the next day (takes 30-45 minutes)
• Handle schedule, order, and inventory during admin times
• Take the daily deposit to the bank and complete banking before dinner
