Bruegger's Bagels in Madison, AL is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store with a hands‑on, ownership mindset. You’ll lead daily operations, ensure audit readiness, and supervise catering and in-store orders to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Successful applicants will have 1–3 years of GM/AGM experience in a restaurant setting, be a motivated leader, and understand P&L concepts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operator who can motivate and inspire the team.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a 'treat it like you own it' philosophy.
• Open and close operations, ensure audit readiness, and manage deposits.
• Coordinate catering, mobile, and in-store orders while delivering a great customer experience.
