Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in Saint Cloud, MN seeks a Fulfillment Package Handler to distribute materials and finished products within the fulfillment center. This full-time role requires lifting, pallet movement, and accurate handling to support efficient operations.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with optional overtime. Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.25 per hour, based on experience, with raises and internal equity over time.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in distribution or transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move palletized freight by hand and with pallet jacks.
• Un-palletize and sort freight according to product type or destination.
• Scan barcode labels for tracking and billing purposes.
• Stack freight onto pallets to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Secure palletized freight prior to shipment using shrink wrap machines.
• Assist in picking products according to customer requests.
• Follow safety protocols; report unsafe acts to management.
• Perform light custodial duties to maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Perform other required duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Fulfillment Package Handler will distribute materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations within the fulfillment center.

Hours and Wages

• Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
• 5 hours of OT may be expected each week
• Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
• $19.00-$24.25 per hour, based on experience
  • The posted pay range reflects the compensation range for this position. Starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity. Employees are generally hired below the maximum of the range to allow room for future compensation growth as they gain experience, develop their skills and demonstrate increased proficiency in the role. Compensation increases are based on applicable company policies, performance and individual development

Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• At least 18 years of age

• 1+ year of experience in distribution or transportation industry preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to spend a minimum of 8 hours on your feetAbility to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight in the warehouse
• Ability to work with all types of freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
