Chick-fil-A Frederick North in Frederick, MD is seeking energetic team members for a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment.

Open/flexible availability (Saturdays required), dependability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential. Must be 16 or older, able to lift 50 lbs, multitask, and deliver friendly service. This role offers scholarships, flexible scheduling, meals at work, and growth opportunities under an experienced Owner/Operator.

About Us: Located an hour north of Washington DC in Frederick, Maryland. Chick-fil-A Frederick North is owned and operated by Dwight Sones. Dwight has served as the Owner/Operator of this restaurant since its grand opening in October, 2017. Prior to his six years as an Owner/Operator with Chick-fil-A, Dwight was blessed to serve our Nation as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Of his 26 years of service, 17 were spent in the flying community as an Evaluator, Instructor, Trainer, or Trainee. Dwight has been able to transition his experience and leadership serving our country to propel Chick-fil-A Frederick North into a chain-wide leader in operational excellence. Chick-fil-A Frederick North prides itself on having a culture and work environment that’s second to none in the quick service restaurant industry.
