Job summary

ESFM USA in Corpus Christi, TX has an opening for a full-time Janitor. Schedule: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, location at Koch - Flint Hills, 2825 Suntide Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78409. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to train. Fixed pay rate: $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including floors, rugs, walls, and rubbish.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; moves equipment and places furniture.
• Cleans assigned areas; sanitize all surfaces; follows cleaning procedures.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards for a safe environment.
• Seeks out areas needing cleaning and completes tasks.
• Performs tasks per supervisor; complies with guidelines.
