Job summary

Scheels is seeking a warehouse/fulfillment associate to collect and prepare orders, pack and label items, and prepare shipments. You will work with brands, understand internal inventory systems, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.

An ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related experience or training

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effectively communicate with all associates
• All other duties as assigned
