Job summary

ServiceSource in Chantilly, Virginia, is hiring Direct Support Professionals for their Adult Day Support Programs. Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Must pass fingerprinting and criminal background check.
• Must pass the ODD assessment and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned participants in their daily programming.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Personal Centered Individual Service Plans.
• Provide active engagement and support for individuals assigned.

Skills

Physical ability to support participants

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

High school diploma or GED
