Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a Flexible Home Health Aide for personalized weekend care in Minnesota. Part-Time or Per Diem roles offer weekend shifts with hourly wages of $20–$22 and additional per-visit rates of $32–$34 for bathing/shower visits.

You will support clients in their homes, performing ADLs and providing companionship, with travel within a 35-mile radius. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience or an active CNA license, reliable transportation, and strong
